Was searching for a good quality headlight bulbs online and found the item on planetcar care. The price is the best among others

Great Product, Very Poor Packaging.

I had brought these lamps from the UK and have been using these lamps since a year and a half. When I found them on planetcarcare, I was overjoyed. But that happiness did not last long. I order 2 pairs from planetcarcare and received them in broken condition. Fragile and delicate things a pair of bulbs were packed with a piece of thick paper and no bubble wrap was used. As a result, the outer plastic box of both the pairs were destroyed in transit. Took this matter up with their customer service and someone reached me via whatsapp and requested me to check if the bulbs were working. I did the same and thankfully the bulbs were okay. They did offer me something to make it right, but I did not want anything as a compensation. They assured that they shall take care of the packaging from next time onwards. Overall I had a mixed experience. Product is top class, no doubt about it.
